The property has TWO MODERN BUNGLOWS consisting of total 11 bedrooms with attached toilet/bath, two spacious halls and five terraces,decent flooring and other amenities provided. The bungalows are constructed amidst a well planned plantation of around 50 Mango trees, 20 Coconut trees, and a separate portion with various vegetables, various flowers and lot of junglee trees on fence.

There is 24 hour water and electricity supply and the total plot size of more than an acre is well fenced. The Bungalows are located just besides the creek and about 10 minutes drive from Sea Shore.  Property has a small Lord Ganesh Temple and garden for kids with swings, slides and some indoor games. THE PROPERTY BEING BANG OPPOSITE CREEK, THERE IS SOLID BREEZE DURING HIGH TIDE AND NO MOSQUITOES (Except Monsoon).

The farm is well maintained and beautiful lighting is done on all mango trees in frontage, temple and dining hall.  Overall it’s calm, quite and peaceful place with total privacy for family groups who visit to enjoy togetherness of family members and do some local sight seeing.  

These Bunglows are offered to family and corporate groups on daily basis with mouth watering home made typical Alibagh style Konkani Veg. and Non.veg. Food (ALL UNLIMITED EXCEPT FISH).

OUR 24 HOURS PACKAGE INCLUDES: WELCOME DRINK LIKE TEA/COFFEE/LIMBU SHARBAT/JALJIRA – LUNCH - EVENING TEA/COFFEE WITH BISCUITS–DINNER - NEXT DAY MORNING TEA/COFFEE AND BREAKFAST WITH TEA/COFFEE.

WE CAN ALSO OFFER REGULAR SCIENTIFIC INDIAN, THAI AND SWEDISH MASSAGE BY A QUALIFIED DOCTOR, AT AN EXTRA COST.

Check-in/Check-out timings : 11.00 am to next day 10.00 am OR 6.00 pm to next day 5.00 pm.
